Cancellation Policy
- A subscriber can place a cancellation order for a particular service within 7–10 days of service agreement via the prescribed cancellation form available on our website.
- No cancellation is possible for services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions such as Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year. These are limited edition offers and hence non-refundable.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded, even if the cancellation is requested within 12 hours.
- A service stands cancelled if the next payment is not received within 7 working days.
Refund Policy
- Every service we offer follows a different process from start to finish, so the refund policy varies accordingly.
- There is always a certain set of resources involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, refunds will not be entertained for work already completed.
- No refund is possible for fees paid as administrative fees or installation charges.
- Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies are non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided if service cancellation is due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- No refund policy applies to services placed under same-day delivery.
- CWEL is not liable to pay a refund if delays or service disruption occur due to third-party involvement.
